Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal says he is the king of governors traveling all over the Bayou State, and that no governor has crisscrossed Louisiana as much has he has. Yeah, right! In my new column, I say that Jindal has been around the state far less than any governor in recent memory. It’s part of the job for any governor to speak and relate to constituents.
